Rescheduling + Cancellation Policy

Please contact the spa at least 24 hours before your appointment by phone or email at: (905) 240-6764 or oshawa@pureandsimple.ca.

Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. For "Choose the Best" facials, 50% will be based on our standard facial price in that category.
